Marike Weysenfeld is a Dutch multidisciplinary artist and designer working across art, objects and interiors.

With a Bachelor of Arts and a background in design, interiors and creative direction, her artistic practice focuses on the exploration of materials, form, texture and composition.

​

Her sculptural work combines metals, mineral surfaces, pigments and natural materials. Through experimentation with techniques, textures and layering, she develops contemporary artworks that explore the possibilities and characteristics of each material.

Her approach is both intuitive and considered, with a strong interest in material contrasts, structural details and the balance between organic and geometric forms.

Alongside her autonomous art practice, Weysenfeld works in interior and spatial design. These disciplines influence one another, connecting material research, sculptural elements and spatial composition.

WEYSENFELD brings these disciplines together, providing a platform for independent art collections, spatial projects, collaborations and commissioned works.
